Gontabbo.co follows property`s cancellation policy.

To Cancel a booking, customer must go to History page then clicking by Cancel Booking button and confirm the cancellation.
3.
Cancellation fee may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.
4.
Date change is not possible for any hotel booking. Customer needs to cancel the previous booking and rebook with the new date.
5.
Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
6.
Refund will get initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation and refunded amount may reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
Tour

To Cancel, customer must go to History page then clicking by Cancel Booking button confirm the cancellation.
